Tuesday afternoon update

3:30. Allan had a CT scan that revealed swelling from the reprofusion of the area of brain that was ischemic from the clot. The nurse said it was expected, and that the swelling should peak at 72 hours. I think that we will likely see more improvement as the swelling decreases. Time will tell.... For now, he is sleeping. We are expecting PT today; his gait belt was delivered. More to follow

    Zack and I are continuing the prayers for Allan's recovery. We are in Fort Worth, so if y'all need a reprieve to shower/ change clothes/ sleep, we are more than happy to pay a visit. Which hospital in Ft. Worth? Thank you so much for the update.
